RevLite SI Laser Tattoo Removal

Brought to you by the company behind the Picosure™, the Revlite™ SI is gold standard in Q-switched ND:Yag lasers.   Q Switch lasers are the most common type of tattoo removal lasers on the planet.  Laser tattoo removal occurs by emitting ultra short pulses of light, one-billionth of a second in length. This nanosecond pulse shatters unwanted pigment into particles small enough to be recognized and removed by your white blood cells and lymphatic system.  Each treatment lightens the tattoo further, and we use up to four different wavelengths to remove all the unwanted pigment from your skin.

“The RevLite™ SI laser is one of the most advanced Q Switched Yag:ND lasers on the planet. We offer this service at 717 Tattoo & Body Piercing – Mechanicsburg on the Carlisle Pike next to Super Shoes. Setup a FREE consult online at: http://717tattoo.com/tattoo-removal-consultation/ or stop in the shop!”

Yes! The RevLite SI offers many advantages over other lasers, including the ability to widen or tighten the optic beam for removing small details from any tattoo.

We cannot guarantee complete removal. The lack of regulations on ingredients in tattoo ink, variables in skin type and the quality of the tattoo make it difficult to make this promise. Some colors respond better to laser treatment than others. Some pigment may be left in the skin which the laser cannot reach. This is called ghosting. However, we suggest you take a look at our before and after photos. The RevLite SI is the gold standard of Q Switch ND: Yag lasers. This is the most common type of tattoo removal laser on the planet, and the RevLite is the most respected brand name.

Due to a number of variables, this question is difficult to answer. These variables include the location of the tattoo, your skin type, the quality of the tattoo and the type of pigments used, as well as your metabolism and following the aftercare instructions properly. Lightening a tattoo for an effective coverup may only take 2-3 treatments, depending on the amount of lightening we hope to achieve. Complete removal can take 10-12 treatments (or more or less, depending on your tattoo). Our laser techs can give a better estimate at your free consultation.

Everyone has a different tolerance for pain. Some clients do not mind the sensation, others find it uncomfortable. We utilize a chiller machine to cool the skin before and during the procedure, which helps to minimize the discomfort. We also offer topical numbing for an additional fee. Fortunately the laser process is very quick, especially for small tattoos, so any discomfort you may feel will not last long
